I am excited to announce that I’ve spent the past few months studying through the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in Tennessee, getting continuing education on Cranialsacral Therapy. It is a beautiful practice that has been transformative. 

Cranialsacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on bodywork approach developed by Hugh Milne (among many others). It focuses on supporting the body’s natural rhythms and encouraging deep relaxation. While scientific studies are limited, many clients have reported positive experiences such as:

Relaxation and Stress Reduction- Clients often describe feeling calmer, more centered, and deeply relaxed after a session.

Ease of Physical Tension-Some people report that Cranialsacral Therapy helps reduce tension in areas like the head, neck, jaw, and spine.

Emotional Well-being- Clients have shared experiences of emotional release or increased emotional clarity during or after sessions.

Increased Self-Awareness- Many describe a greater sense of connection to their body, breath, and inner experience.

A Sense of Flow and Balance- Some clients say they feel more energized or experience improved body awareness and balance.

I’m thrilled to announce that Dragonfly Massage Therapy, LLC is moving to a beautiful new location! Beginning Tuesday, July 1st, I’ll be welcoming clients at the White Lotus Wellness Co-Op in Swansea, Illinois.

This move marks an exciting new chapter—one that allows me to better serve you in a peaceful, wellness-focused space. While I’ve loved my time in Highland, I’m looking forward to continuing your care and relaxation journey in this vibrant new community.
