Teresa was able to safely discharge to home today after a miraculous rehab recovery at Swanton Valley!

Teresa has not been home in 19 months and states that after multiple hospital visits and five previous rehab facility stays, Swanton Valley has been the most wonderful healthcare experience she’s had!
