Marie has been Suffering a flare since we came back from the vet the other day. Started with regular throw up and now bloody at the 24 hour mark this morning around 3-4am . I immediately administered some cerenia gave small amount of food and followed our protocol for these flares directed by our vet. We do have all the meds we need FOR NOW aside from fluids she would get at the vet .

BUT she needs her heat lamp replaced asap , I can go get her one now we just need to try to raise the $20 for it.

Some nutrical which is $15 would not hurt either as she is not eating much and threw up for the last 24 hours.

EDIT #2 just got back to the rescue from AAA and marie was treated again for a uti/cystitis. Vet noted her bladder is too small to test. Shes in good spirits and came back with more meds. Vca noted their weight dropping a bit so we will work on getting some extra pounds on these babies. I will link our wishlist to our last goal post for vetting to see if we can get some nutrical or something similar for them to help.
It was EXACTLY $50 without testing so it ended up being PURRFECT!

EDIT: Thanks to last minute donors 💞 Maries goal is set back at $50/$70 and the visit was covered at VCA . We’re headed to AAA with what we have so far !

So the vet made a mistake with our estimate for the b12 injections. It is $47 per cat NOT $31 . I will now need to adjust the goals and this will set Marie’s goal back at $13 for bladder issues.

It was created so everyone can participate by either sharing, liking, commenting, following, or sending funds for medical care and supplies.
We open the kitties platform to recieve donations through Venmo and Amazon wishlist every Wednesday. THIS week we are having a hard time raising funds for a few of our goals. 🏥 Medical Update Monday 🏥 🚨 ‼️ 🚨

Today we are going to focus on Marie and Berlioz for the first time in a long time 🎉
With their new med routine, they are beginning to live happier, healthier, more pain-free lives than we have ever experienced before. It is not perfect or by any means what normal would be considered, but it is livable and manageable. That being said the B-12 injections really help with their immune systems because they have an autoimmune disease. Marie’s bladder issues have continued with improvement on the cran suppliments so we will have to take her to the clinic as well. Initially that will be $15-$20 to walk in and will be around $70 for testing and treatment. Theyre also due for more wet food tomorrow 🙀 🥣 .

Please help our “problem children” at the rehab with their goals so they can both be seen and treated Thursday morning at 8:30 am. If you’ve been here a while, you know that Marie and Berlioz have made it off of deaths doorstep a couple of times. In the grand scheme of things getting them these things now so they can be completely vetted right after is much less of a hill to climb than what used to be the constant emergency visits and testing trying to get a diagnosis.
