For give back this month, Springvale is having a “Help Fill a Backpack” fundraiser! We will be collecting donations starting today August 1st through August 15th. Everything donated will go to care staff kids and the local schools!

Yesterday, Springvale's highly anticipated Classic Car Show took place! We had an exceptional time admiring the classic cars, visiting multiple vendors, Haley's chickens and ducks, enjoying snowcones, and catching up with friends and family. The turnout was impressive, with many young children enjoying the bounce house, outdoor games, face painting, and balloon animals. It was a picturesque day, and we couldn't have asked for more!

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to all car owners and vendors who helped make this year's car show an unforgettable experience. We sincerely appreciate the participation and hard work that went into yesterday's event. We look forward to next year!

In celebration of National Tattoo Day, we enjoyed a fun session of choosing and applying temporary tattoos while staff members proudly displayed their own tattoos and shared the significance behind them. A resident shared a humorous story about her only tattoo, saying "dealing with my mother was worse than getting the tattoo!"

Yesterday was National Coca-Cola Day & with our “Generation of Innovation” week long biannual event coming up this month, we are starting strong by celebrating the classic Coca-Cola! We taste tested and tried to figure out which flavor is which, shared some fun facts about Coke, and finished strong with a Rum & Coke happy hour! We had a wonderful time, many residents said they hadn’t enjoyed a Coke in years!
