🍲 Root & Rise Power Bowl 🍲

This grounding yet energizing meal nourishes transformation from the inside out. It combines root vegetables for stability, greens for heart-opening energy, and protein for strength and resilience.

Ingredients:

* 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes – Root chakra support, grounding energy

* ½ cup steamed kale or spinach – Heart chakra nourishment

* ½ cup quinoa or cooked farro – Sustained energy & balance

* ½ cup chickpeas or salmon – Protein for strength & endurance

* ¼ cup sliced avocado – Healthy fats for emotional stability

* 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds – Solar Plexus support, confidence boost

* 1 tbsp lemon-tahini dressing (blend 2 tbsp tahini, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic, and 1 tbsp water)

Instructions:

1. Roast sweet potatoes at 400°F for 25 minutes.

2. Cook quinoa or farro according to package instructions.

3. Lightly steam kale or spinach for 2–3 minutes.

4. Assemble bowl with all ingredients, drizzle with dressing, and enjoy.

5. As you eat, focus on your transformation: I nourish my body and soul to step into my highest potential.

🌿 Awaken & Align Herbal Tea Blend 🌿

This tea blend is crafted to support transformation by balancing the chakras, calming the mind, and boosting energy flow. It nurtures clarity, courage, and openness to new possibilities.

Ingredients:

* 1 tbsp Lemon balm – Eases anxiety and promotes emotional openness

* 1 tbsp Holy basil (Tulsi) – Supports resilience and spiritual clarity

* 1 tsp Ginger root – Encourages movement and confidence (Solar Plexus support)

* 1 tsp Rose petals – Opens the heart and invites love & self-acceptance

* 1 tsp Peppermint – Clears mental fog and stimulates fresh perspectives

* ½ tsp Cinnamon – Energizes the spirit and promotes transformation

Instructions:

1. Combine all herbs in a jar and mix well.

2. Boil water and pour over 1 tbsp of the blend in a tea infuser or teapot.

3. Steep for 7–10 minutes, strain, and enjoy.

4. As you sip, set an intention: I am open to transformation. I welcome new possibilities into my life.
