* SHUT THE FRONT DOOR CARAMELIZED BANANA *
Heat skillet on medium heat. Add 2 TBS butter and stir until it becomes a very light golden color. Then add 3 TBS Coconut Sugar and stir until Coconut Sugar and Butter becomes one. Next, add 2 whole bananas (peeled & whole) and let them get a golden color on one side before turning them over. While the bananas are cooking, gently slide them in the pan so the side that is cooking gets coated with the brown sugar and butter mixture.

When the bananas are caramelized (about 3 or 4 minutes), remove the bananas from the pan and put them on to a separate dish. Cut each banana on a diagonal into 3 pieces. Set aside.

Using remaining Butter & Coconut Sugar mixture, Place a handful of Walnuts & raisins into the pan. Stir until well coated and pour on top of Bananas.

Serve with So Delicious Sugar Free Coconut Ice Cream.
