We provide a full scope of family healthcare services including well-child care, women's health, contraceptive planning including Nexplanon and IUD's, and cardiac stress tests. We look forward to caring for you and your family.

VACCINE!!!

We will finally be getting our first individual allotment of the covid vaccine. We will be getting the Moderna brand. The vaccine will be available for everyone age 18 and up (current patients of EFM only). Call 235-0770 and get on the schedule to get yours!

For those that are not current patients, call RPMH (235-1701) and schedule yours through the hospital.

We at Eaker Family Medicine and Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital are working diligently to prepare for the possible influx of patients with COVID-19. Please help us out by staying home unless it’s absolutely necessary to get out. Our maintained vigilance with this will help ensure a minimal impact of this illness in our community.
