Happy Retirement, Robert!
This past week, we celebrated a very special member of our team: Robert Bettis! After an incredible 18 years of dedicated service as our maintenance assistant, Robert is officially retiring.

We are so grateful for all of his hard work and commitment to Wood Village over the years. Please join us in wishing him a happy, healthy, and well-deserved retirement!

Huge congrats to Mrs. Jean Pruitt, who finally beat "the whipper snapper" – that's what her physical therapist, Troy Moses, playfully calls himself during their co****le sessions! It's so fantastic to see our residents enjoying their physical therapy exercises in such a fun and engaging way. Way to go, Mrs. Pruitt!

Movie Night Magic! ✨
We had a fantastic time in our new theater room with a movie and popcorn night! What a fun-filled evening of relaxation, good company, and great film. Our residents had a blast!

We had an absolute blast at our 4th of July Splash Party on Tuesday! ☀️ The water guns were a hit, and everyone loved the pool games. So much fun was had by all! A huge thank you to Cassie Taylor, Angie Mayfield , and Maranda Roberts for helping make it such a memorable day!

We loved connecting with the community on Wednesday! Our Director, Cassie Taylor, and wonderful CNA, Angie Mayfield , attended the community health fair at Cora Veal Senior Center in Madisonville. It was great to see so many familiar faces and share valuable health information!

WoodVillage residents took a trip to the Tellico Farmers market, had lunch at Tellicafe and then took a drive up to see Bald River falls. We had such a wonderful time!
