We are excited to start offering text to pay in our office! We will begin rolling this out over the next few weeks as an option to pay any outstanding balances. This also give us the option to text you a receipt if you call to pay over the phone!
FYI--the text will come from a 304 area code (which is different from our normal reminder messages) and you should see our logo when you click the link.

It’s Employee Appreciation Day, so we had to celebrate with some sweet treats from Bradley’s Sweet Side! We are blessed to have a great team here at Sweetwater Family Eyecare and are so thankful for all the hard work they do everyday 🤓

Today is our last day in the office for 2025! We'll be here until 5 today for any last minute glasses or contact lens orders, so be sure to give us a call or stop in if you need anything!

Thank you to all our Veterans (including our own Dr. Tom) for your service! We are grateful for your willingness to serve!

Just a heads up, if you are a Veteran who gets care through the VA system, we are community care providers for eye exams! If you are eligible, you may be able to get your eyes checked here and avoid the drive to Knoxville or Chattanooga.

As we approach the end of 2025, our schedule is filling up! We are almost fully booked for November already, so if you need an appointment before the end of the year, go ahead and give us a call to schedule 🤓
P.S. If you have a valid prescription, you don't need an appointment to order glasses or contacts. Just give us a call or come in whenever we're open and we'll help you find what you need!

Thanks to MasterCraft for inviting us out to their Health Fair last week. This was a great way to get the word out that we are now able to order your safety glasses if you work at Mastercraft! Also, congrats to Mark Payne, the winner of our Ray-Ban sunglasses giveaway at the health fair 😎
