I want to thank all my clients for patiently waiting for my wrist to heal. I’m so happy to be back. I will be getting in touch to reschedule everyone. I’ve also added another Licensed Massage Therapist Shannon Nelson that will be here on Thursdays.

Just a reminder we will have yoga class this evening April 18th at 5:30 and 7pm. Please let me know if you are planning on being there. Our first Thursday 6:30pm class for restorative yoga begins this week also.

Just a friendly reminder we will not have class this coming Monday April 11th. We will resume normal schedule on April 18th at 5:30 & 7pm. I will also be adding a restorative yoga class on Thursdays at 6:30pm starting April 21st. In May the Monday classes will be moving to Tuesday at 6:30pm. So in May we will have class on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. If you have any questions please feel free to private message me.
