ECI Employee Spotlight of the Month-
Savannah DeLeon, EIS/SC
Savannah is always willing to step in and help out anywhere that she is needed. Savannah will also go above and beyond for her families.
She is calm under pressure. When families get frustrated, I've seen her talk them down and work things out. Later, she said she was very nervous, but she was calm in front of the family and had great information, not just opinions, but facts.
She is so good at her job. She always has high billable hours. She is a hard worker and always gets her paperwork in. She is a real go-getter. She learns really fast, and she is a great employee.
Since Savannah started working for ECI, I have observed strong work ethics and a genuine concern for the children. She possesses a great personality that shines through in her interactions with us. Her work ethic is evident, and she appears to collaborate effectively with families. When communicating with parents over the phone, Savannah maintains a professional demeanor and demonstrates true compassion for the child's well-being. I firmly believe that Savannah embodies the spirit of employee of the month.
Savannah has jumped right into this job like she has been doing it for years. Savannah will do anything for her families and her kids.
Savannah goes above and beyond for her kids and her families. Savannah is always willing to help do whatever it takes to make this program better.
She is doing a great job with getting teachers at Early Head Start and daycare to work with kiddos, and I love how she is able to be straightforward and to the point, and it gets results. She is always working hard when I see her.
