I'm on the road often during the summer months! Between the heat, sitting in the car and lawn chairs, eating foods that I don't normally eat, and odd sleeping schedules, my lymphatic system gets out of whack
For some, this can happen even when you're not traveling or be the cause of an ongoing issue that's going on. It is very important to drain the lymphatic system, and I am demonstrating the most basic way to do so. Putting your legs up in the air or propping them on pillows can allow drainage to happen. 😄
I have found that this is very easy to do on the road as most hotels have a gym or extra pillows in your room.
