We can see how flexible a joint is.

What does it mean however, to be athletic, balanced, and poised?

It doesn't matter if your kid is on a sports team, or is the exemplar of the traveling____________ team; cleaning up foundational movement patterns, learning how to control center of gravity, and creating stability in numerous positions is what it means to maximize human performance.

Moose - L Up Redemption Club is offering a way to develop those skills in their Speed, Agility, Power camps running Mon thru Thru 10:30-11:45.

Only 3 camps left this summer for kids to learn to move better, feel stronger, and build better engines!

Camp is $50/wk and participants will receive a couple LMNT electrolytes to help with their hydration needs.

MURC

After seeing one too many injured or post-op athletes who got that way from either doing the wrong stuff, or by not including the right stuff, Dr Denny Kolkbeck decided to start a gym that would be the exemplar of the sports performance and physical therapy worlds coming together!

The result is a place where athletes get assessed and progressed based on what they need and bring to the table, and a positive culture of celebrating new milestones, achievements, PRs and overcoming perceived limitations!

We use what works for the individuals in front of us rather than cookie-cutter templates and generic workouts of the day designed as a one size fits all. We care about and build relationships with our athletes and their families. We care about who we work with, not because it’s cool to say so, but because we couldn’t do it and live with ourselves any other way.
