The J-Tool was developed by a jewelry designer who had experienced 30+ years of pelvic floor/urinary issues. After experiencing JFB-MFR pelvic floor therapy, she developed her own pelvic self-therapy device and shared it with the JFB-MFR community. It's unique design is easy to use and instructions are included. Ask your JFB-MFR therapist if this is right for you!
