CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY POSTDOCTORAL POSITION AVAILABLE
Position Available: LivingRite, The Center for Behavioral Health is now accepting applications for one (1) full-time position for the 2020-2021 year. The postdoctoral position is a one-year, full-time, commitment (some flexibility is allowed). Our postdoctoral program will offer you the opportunity to see a variety of clients, including individuals and couples. Opportunities for creating and leading group therapy is offered. At least one hour per week of clinical supervision is required as well as weekly one-hour group consultation. Other opportunities include professional development, case management, quarterly staff meetings, quarterly didactic trainings, and the possibility to gain further experience in conducting psychological evaluations. The opportunity to treat a variety of presenting problems is available. Postdoctoral clinicians will most likely be matched with supervisors based on specialties, presenting problems, and therapeutic orientations of both the clinician and supervising psychologist.
Who We Are: LivingRite is a large, expanding private practice with two therapy locations in Sycamore and Algonquin, IL. We additionally have a psychiatry office in Sycamore. Clinicians at LivingRite offer a diverse set of clinical specialties and therapeutic orientations that are evidenced-based. Something unique to LivingRite is our Specialty Teams. These teams include; Family and Couples Team, Women’s Health Team, OCD and Anxiety Disorder Team, and PTSD and Trauma Recovery Team. Throughout your training at LivingRite, you may have the opportunity to expand your clinical interest and specialties, and also receive additional consultation and training with our Specialty Team Members. In addition to our Specialty Teams, LivingRite offers clinicians to join different committees within the organization, including ethics and outreach.
