🎉Tomorrow is the first Monday of 2025! And tomorrow starts our new schedule of AWC group fitness class opportunities! Make a plan, put it in your calendar, and show up for yourself and your goals!! 💪🏼

Bring a mat if you have one! For strength training and lunch crunch, bring a mat and a set of dumb bells (no weights needed for HIIT). If you don’t have a mat or weights, don’t sweat it! I have several extras for you to use!!
No registration or membership required! Just show up when you can! Cash or Venmo at the door. All exercise experience levels welcome!

🎉Attention friends near and far!🌎

I am excited to announce a 🌟BRAND NEW🌟 8 week women’s small group program! This is the first of its kind, as we will incorporate fitness, nutrition, and a variety of other health topics into one all-inclusive program! 💪🏼🍎🍃

What you can expect:

✔️ Private FB Group Page with 5-10 female participants!

✔️ Weekly 50-60 minute, full-body strength training workout (LIVE) via private FB group page! Replays are available for conflicts and/or to repeat 1-2 additional times each week. New live workouts are provided every Monday, with yours truly! 💪🏼

✔️ 20-30 minute virtual health discussion via Zoom each week! Topics will focus on fitness, nutrition, healthy habits/strategies, etc. All sessions will include a live Q&A with me, and will also be available for replay!

✔️ Perfect for accountability and establishing healthy habits and routines!

✔️ Starts this Monday 9/23, 8 weeks long

✔️ Raffles and Prizes!

🎉New class times start this week! Tuesday and Thursday, you have the option of a 6:15am or 9:15am full body strength class! All classes are 50 mins, and we work all major muscle groups, including a warm up and stretch!
(No class this Thursday 9/5 - see calendar)

✔️Drop in! No pre-registration necessary! $10 cash or Venmo at the door. Bring a set of dumb bells if you have them (I have extras if you don’t), and optional mat.

❤️We are an inclusive group of women and a few men too! All exercise experience levels, genders, ages, are welcome! This is a safe place to get stronger, preserve muscle mass, improve bone density, boost metabolism, improve mind-muscle connection, and meet new like-minded people! 🙌🏼💪🏼

💪🏼Join me for 50 mins of full-body strength work using dumb bells and body weight! Bring a friend and you are both FREE! Come solo and only pay half price ($5)!

💪🏼Women who do strength or resistance training 2-3 days a week were found to live longer and have a lower risk of death from heart disease, compared to women who do none.

You’re Invited (yes YOU)! Whether you’re a long time memeber of group fitness classes with me, or BRAND NEW, you are welcome and invited to be part of group fitness at a new location! No previous exercise experience necessary!

🎉AWC July Group Fitness Class Schedule @ Realize Athletics! 🎉

✔️The class schedule is a bit irregular for the first 2 weeks of July, but it will become strait forward starting the week of July 16th through Labor Day! So bear with me!

✔️All classes are 50min Full Body Strength Training using dumb bells and body weight! (No HIIT cardio until fall). Modifications are welcome and encouraged when necessary!

✔️No commitment required! All classes are pay as you go! The perfect way to get resistance training into your life, even around summer travel and extras!
$10/class Venmo or cash.

✔️If you have dumb bells, please bring them. We are stocking the space with more appropriate weighted hand weights for classes, but if you don’t have them, I have many sets of extras, so don’t let that be your excuse!

☀️Today kicks off the first day of summer break in our house! We will often make a “summer bucket list” or make summer “goals” regarding reading, organization, or fitness. If you looking to continue or establish a fitness routine and get some well-rounded full body workouts this summer, this is for you!

Strength & Sculpt
Tuesdays 9:30-10:20am
Thursdays 6:45-7:35am
Get a full body strength and resistance workout using dumbbells and body weight. Build strength, improve muscle-mind connection, improve form, and burn calories! Some light cardio may be incorporated. All skill and experience levels welcome! ($10/class)

HIIT Cardio
Thursdays 6:00am - 6:30am
High-intensity-interval-training is one of the most effective formats to blast calories and improve cardiovascular fitness. This 30 minute class alternates bursts of high intensity movements with recovery periods. The session is fast-paced, and includes a variety of plyometrics, body weight, light weights, and core. ($5/class)

Come to one or all classes every week! Pay as you go (Venmo or Cash).
-please bring medium/light dumb bells to strength classes (if you have them- I have several extra sets if you don’t.)
-water & optional mat/towel
-ages 16 and up please

📣So excited to announce more pop-up group strength training classes!! 🎉Please join us!🎉
The last couple of classes have been a hit, and I decided to run several more this month! I am trying out various days and times so see what might best serve our community moving forward! Hopefully one or all classes will work for you!! 💪🏼❤️

✔️Having a plan for what my workouts will be in the coming week helps me be more consistent and follow through! Add any and all of these classes to your calendar 🗓️

I’m excited to announce that I will be trialing several “pop up” full-body, strength based, group fitness classes! Build strength, improve mind-muscle connection, and improve form using dumbbells and bodyweight resistance. All skill and experience levels welcome! If you are curious, you should come!
