We offer recurring scheduling where you may attend counseling sessions to your comfort level. Whether this may be a Sunday afternoon in office, or via video from your couch after work, we have a variety of times and days open to accept new clients.

As we approach autumn, we recognize a gradual increase in mental health needs. We look forward to supporting you on your personal journey. 🍂

We work to fight against stigma that continues to surround mental healthcare.

Today, we recognize and celebrate our former, current, and prospective clients that have made the courageous choice to embrace counseling as a path towards healing.
