We are proud to participate alongside others in Carroll County to stand with survivors, honor their strength, and help create a community rooted in respect, safety, and compassion.

Today, Maryland recognizes Transgender Day of Visibility, as proclaimed by Governor Moore. This day is about making sure transgender Marylanders are seen, valued, and know they belong in every part of our state.

Everyone deserves to live safely and free from discrimination. I am committed to protecting the rights and dignity of all Marylanders.

There is no home for hate in Maryland.

Local middle school students poured their creativity into 32 unique signs, and we’re so excited to be hosting one right here at PinITUp! Take a stroll down Main Street and you’ll find these incredible pieces displayed by businesses all throughout our community.

This project is such a beautiful reminder of what makes Sykesville special:
