Offering both in-person and online classes, our certified instructors lead and support you through a wide range of classes built for you-- regardless of your skill level. Freedom Fitness is a local group fitness studio serving clients in the Eldersburg area. Our small studio offers large amounts of fun, including over 40 classes such as Zumba, Zumba Toning, Step, Pilates, Barre, Dance Fitness, Kettlebell AMPD, and Yoga. 🌸A refreshed schedule is blooming this April! Your trusted instructors are ready to bring the same heart, energy, and connection you know and love, through a refreshed lineup designed with YOU in mind!

🌟💗👏 We are also excited to announce that, in addition to continuing to rock her classes with you, Instructor Courtney will be stepping into her new role of Instructor Coordinator on April 1st!

Here’s a personal message from her to you:

“Hello my Freedom Fitness family…

For seven years, you have welcomed me in your classes as a participant and an instructor. I’m really excited to step into the Instructor Coordinator role and continue working alongside such an amazing team of instructors. Teaching and moving with this community has always meant so much to me, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to support all of you in a new way.

I also want to take a moment to sincerely thank Breanna for the care, organization, and heart she has brought to Freedom Fitness and me personally. Her consistent guidance behind the scenes and help through this transition is a reflection of how much she loves this community.

February is American Heart Month! Let’s raise awareness together and wear red to class on Wednesday, February 25th.

Heart disease can be a major issue for women, especially after menopause. Here are 3 things you can do today for prevention:

❤️ Get Moving- Hey look at YOU! You’ve already got this one checked!

❤️ Release Your Stress- Lowering your stress & anxiety can help decrease your risk for heart disease

❤️ Know Heart Attack Symptoms for Women-
Pain and discomfort in the chest and upper body. Other symptoms, like shortness of breath and nausea, are more common in women than men

Because diet can also help with prevention, we’ll have a yummy heart healthy recipe for you try in next week’s community newsletter!

At Freedom Fitness, we’re all about it in every class you’re a part of & in everything we do! With us, you’ll always have the freedom to love yourself exactly as you are 💪

Designed to help you slow down, release tension, and feel at ease in your body, this class offers a peaceful, judgment-free space for all experience levels, especially those new to yoga or returning after time away.

Gentle Yoga helps improve your flexibility, support healthy alignment, and create a quiet pause from the demands of daily life. The emphasis on simplicity and relaxation makes it an ideal place to unwind, reset, and build confidence at your own pace.

Katie will gently guide you through slow, simple, and intentional movements, with gentle transitions guided by steady breathing. You’ll be encouraged to move mindfully and rest whenever needed, allowing your body to soften rather than push.

As in all of our classes, supportive modifications will be provided throughout, so every pose feels comfortable and nourishing for you.
