Having recurrent UTI's? A patient asked me to share this to help others suffering with the same symptoms!

Dr Jill is the most compassionate, caring and knowledgeable therapist I have worked with. I was recommended to her after many months of urinary infections. I didn't know anything about the pelvic floor theory (how the pelvic floor could cause these symptoms); however, it was the issue. Dr. Jill taught me the theory and exercises to get over this issue. Perimenopause strikes… I’ve always been able to shower, flip, scrunch my hair, and my curls were good to go. Not anymore. If this low maintenance girl wants her curls, a good at least 10 minutes of flipped over scrunching with curl cream is required. What in the world?!
Hormones impact everything- even your pelvic floor. There may be new things that come up. Or previously healed injuries (tailbone, episiotomy scars, etc) that show up again. Any number of wacky things, and I’m here for helping you through this crazy transition with your body- especially your pelvic floor!
