Denice Stone, has over 25 years of experience in Healthcare Management along with other three degrees and certifications, Associates in Business Administration, Bachelors in Healthcare Management, Masters in Management with a concentration in Project Management, and certification in Medical Billing and Coding. Prior to becoming a business owner, I worked in hospitals and physician offices as a medical biller, collections specialist, and appeals coordinator. I grew into supervisors and management positions while being able to travel to multiple states starting with Boston, where I was trained on how to implement healthcare systems and create different platforms for every area of hospitals. Soon after I began my career in healthcare consulting where I travelled to Glens Fall, New York, and trained the hospital staff on medical billing, coding, and compliance measures. My journey in becoming an entrepreneur and to start my own business began in California, where I supervised and managed hospitals in multiple cities, with over 200 employees. I was accepted into a Cohort in 2018, called “It’s Your Time”. During this impact in my life, I begin to seek GOD for direction on how to implement what I had learned into my own business. Once I graduated from this Cohort, my first business took off, called “The Step-Up Program.” This program allowed me to give over 200 clients the opportunity to become certified in different aspect of business and healthcare. This opportunity also led me to grant writing in a very minor aspect. Soon after I partnered with Medical Association of Billers (MAB), in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I passed a test to become an international proctor to certify anyone who wanted to pursue a career in medical billing and coding. Prior to moving back to Alabama, I directed a 20-bed critical access hospital, where this propelled me into destiny in gaining my very first contract as a solopreneur. I managed the accounts receivables and reporting for the hospital. Over the years, GOD has used me to tap into his knowledge and understanding on how to provide the blueprint and strategies for other businesses on how to become certified, start a business and fund their business, by means of government grants and government contracting. I am also a notary for the State of Alabama. I am currently located at 1029B W Fort Williams St., Sylacauga, Alabama, where I Educate, Empower, Teach, and Train in all aspects of business, outsourcing, and management.
