Good morning all! This pandemic has put a damper on all of us, but we are still open and taking new clients.

If you want to apply, call and I will talk you through the application process.

If you have applied and been denied, you have 60 days to file an appeal. Please, call and I will set up an appointment for you to sit down with Shane. You appeal will be filed that day.

If you have general questions, feel free to call and if I don’t have answers for you, I will get them and contact you back.

I only represent claimants with legitimate medical impairments. As your rep. its my responsibility to update your claim in preparation for court, and argue your objective diagnosis of impairments in comparison to Social Security regulations. If your claim does not meet the above requirements, I will still file your appeal and complete necessary paperwork in order to expedite your appeal the same day of your visit. There is never a fee unless I assist in an allowance by SSA resulting in a back pay benefit. Remember this benefit is earned by you and only you.
