FREE CHILDREN’S VITAMINS‼️ Come out to the trunk or treat at Sylacauga Pediatrics! The first 300 children to visit our booth will receive a goodie bag with candy and a free vitamin punch card! The punch card allows each child to receive a free bottle of chewable vitamins each month for one year!

Our internet is down this morning. The city is aware of the situation and they are hoping to have it back up around lunch or a little later. Unfortunately, until that happens, we cannot fill prescriptions, take credit cards and our phones will not work. We are so sorry for any inconvenience. Please be patient with our staff once it does begin working as there will be a lot of make up work to do. Thanks!
