Our Story
Previously named Webster Enterprises of Jackson County, Inc., WestBridge Vocational is a 501 (c) 3 community nonprofit organization. We provide contracted program services for the North Carolina Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Our staff of experienced education and training professionals work with more than 100 clients a year to improve their job skills and employment marketability through evaluations and tailored training plans. Our employment specialists work with clients on resume preparation, job interview skills, job searches, and, once a client finds competitive employment, on-the-job training and coaching.
Production of disposable medical devices is the financial mainstay of WestBridge Vocational, and allows the company to meet the ever growing need for training and job placement of individuals with disabilities and disadvantages. WestBridge Vocational is a leading manufacturer of medical devices for major companies whose clients are world wide.
Our manufacturing staff is dedicated to producing quality products which conform to FDA, ISO, and other standards.
Westbridge Vocational provides training and opportunities for individuals in Jackson, Macon, Swain Counties and the Qualla Boundary in Cherokee, NC, who have disabilities or disadvantages that present barriers to employment.
