A little scheduling reminder as we head into Summer 🌞
▪️If you are a recurring client and we HAVE NOT prebooked your appointments through Summer, please reach out to me TODAY or TOMORROW with your schedule so I can do my best to accommodate you before spots are gone.
▪️If you have recently messaged me regarding an appointment, please bear with me while I work through messages. I am a one-woman show balancing a full-time business and full-time motherhood to three children. I see you, I appreciate you, and I’m getting there as quickly as I can 🫶
▪️For ALL NEW CLIENT INQUIRIES: The fastest and best way to book is directly through my website/online booking system. My schedule updates LIVE in real time, meaning you can immediately see my availability without waiting for a response from me. You can also manage upcoming and standing appointments through the app (if you're a recurring client, please do this).

▪️Facebook messages are perfectly okay for communication, but online booking will always be the quickest and most accurate way to secure an appointment. (828) 882-9246 is the next best way to text me.
▪️If you do not see availability online, that means those appointments are currently booked.
▪️I rarely have last-minute openings unless there is a cancellation. When that happens, clients on my cancellation list are contacted FIRST before openings are posted publicly.
✨ A few important policy reminders ✨
▫️Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. ▫️Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the payment on file.
▫️No-shows will forfeit their payment and may be restricted from future bookings.
▫️All payments are non-refundable.
▫️Services are guaranteed for 48 hours after your appointment. Any concerns must be communicated within that timeframe to qualify for an adjustment.
▫️Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment at my discretion.
