We wrapped up a wonderful Nursing Home Week with a great game of Bingo and sweet treats for prizes. So much laughter, fun, and excitement filled the room today.
A heartfelt thank you to all of our Skyland Care employees for the love, compassion, and dedication you pour into our residents each and every day. Your kindness and hard work make such a difference, and we are truly grateful for all you do. ❤️

Today our residents set sail on a fun-filled cruise ship journey through the Caribbean! There was so much laughter 🤣, dancing, delicious 🦞 food, and amazing desserts enjoyed by all. The smiles and joy throughout the day made it such a wonderful adventure together.
A huge thank you to our amazing Dietary Department for preparing the wonderful meal. To our Activities and Housekeeping Departments — you truly rocked today! Our residents had an incredible time because of your hard work and dedication.
Thank you as well to our amazing staff for helping our residents throughout the journey and making the day so special. We appreciate each and every one of you for the love and care you show every day.

Peace, love, and good vibes filled the air today at our Woodstock Party with the residents! ☮️🌼 We enjoyed free-style coloring, tie-dye shirts, fun tattoos, and a wonderful photo op filled with smiles and laughter. And of course, we can’t forget the special brownies! 🍫✨
A huge thank you to our amazing nurses for putting together such a groovy celebration. You made the day extra special for everyone!

A little afternoon pick-me-up was just what we needed today. ☕🍩 Coffee and donuts definitely hit the spot! Smiles, sweet treats, and good company made for a wonderful Wednesday afternoon. Happy Wednesday from all of us at Skyland Care Center!

Wednesday our Social Services Department shared a wonderful Nursing Home Week activity with our residents — planting flowers and enjoying mocktails. Just look at these adorable planters… they are rocking and styling! 🌸🍹 Our residents had such a fun time creating, laughing, and showing off their beautiful creations.

Our residents look forward each month to shopping in our little store, and your kindness brings so much joy and excitement to them. Thank you for helping make these special moments possible.
