🌱 I am often asked about my pricing as far as modalities and tools I might use. I want to make bodywork, approachable, and affordable for all that need it. I am not a fancy spa trying to gouge for every little bit I can. Deep tissue, Swedish, Reiki, cranial sacral, hot stones, tuning forks or a custom weaved combination. You got it! I charge 80 an hour, 110 for a 90 min.

Just got in some poke salve from red Mountain herbs, I use the powerful bear medicine of poke to assist in lymphatic drainage. I typically make my own oil and use that. But since I have been out and a few of my clients have asked, I purchased some from some hands I trust.

🌙The worlds getting pretty crazy out there that’s for sure. We are in the season of cleansing and letting go, eclipse season in full swing.
🌿 when we free ourselves from stagnant energy that does not serve us we give space to create something new. Pains in the body and mind can be soothed and worked out.

So greatful to be celebrating 3 years in private practice at Zen Bodyworks!

I run intuitively lead sessions, which can include a myriad of modalities, and don’t worry I can still get in there with an elbow and do the deep work.
