It’s with heavy hearts that we are unfortunately closing our studio on Main Street. Thank you for all the love and support through these past few years. We will be moving all our classes onto the beach through Labor Day! We hope to see you there 🤍

Beach schedule:
Monday 7:30-8:30 am
Tuesday 6:30-7:30 pm
Wednesday 7:00- 7:45 pm
Saturday 7:30-8:30 am

We meet at the 14th ave entrance
Please bring a mat, towel and water
Can’t wait to see you guys on the beach! 🏖

We’ve made a minor change to our weekly schedule in order to accommodate our new monthly special classes! Each month will feature a few special classes and a sound bath!

This month join us for Happy Hour on 3/11 and Stretch &Restore on 3/20! And of course our full moon sound bath on 3/16🌕
