Simple. Fresh. Nourishing. 🥑✨
Healthy meals don’t have to be complicated , they just have to be made.
Today I used what I had:
Two ripe avocados, plenty of Celtic sea salt, a little chopped onion, and fresh lemon (no lime on hand — and that’s okay!). Mash it up, stir, taste, adjust. Done.
Instead of chips? Fresh cucumber slices for that crisp, hydrating crunch. Add fresh cilantro if you have it and you’ve got an amazingly healthy dish or appetizer in minutes.
Real food. Simple ingredients. No excuses. 💚
