Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LISW, LPCC, LSW)

Location: Sylvania, OH
Type: 1099 Contractor
Practice: Core Wellness, LLC - Premier Outpatient Mental Health Facility

We are seeking licensed mental health therapists (LISW, LPCC, LSW) to join our supportive and collaborative team. Core Wellness provides outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, with a strong emphasis on addressing “core issues.” Our team includes experienced clinicians, many of whom are trained or certified in EMDR, creating an environment where you can grow and thrive professionally. We are looking for therapists who are able to see clients during the evening Monday thru Friday and/or weekend availability and willing to take adolescence clients ages 7-15 years old.

Balanced caseload: 23-25 sessions per week for full-time
Flexible scheduling – excellent work-life balance
Supervision & mentorship – guidance for both new and seasoned clinicians

Requirements:
License: LSW, LPC, (Must have a Masters Degree)

Meet Callie, LSW, MSW 💜

Hi there! I am a clinical therapist and licensed social worker. I’m trained in EMDR, and I often incorporate CBT and IFS into my sessions. I work with clients ages 16-65. Some of the issues I feel passionately about helping my clients with include: self worth, boundaries, LGBTQ+ topics, relationships, perfectionism, recovery from trauma, addiction/ sobriety, and dissociation. I value moving through the therapeutic process as slowly as my clients may need. I honor the courage it takes to begin therapy and I understand that it takes time and consistency to build a trusting therapeutic alliance. It’s important to me that I’m providing an authentic and collaborative space. My clients often leave therapy sessions with me feeling more understood, balanced, and encouraged to take the next step for themselves. Meet Sarah Fuller, LISW-S 💜

Sarah has moved to full time and is accepting new patients, couples and families are welcome!

I am dedicated to empowering individuals aged 17 and older who have experienced past trauma and deal with symptoms of depression and anxiety. I aim to create a nurturing environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and gain insight into their unique life experiences. Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) by an EMDRIA-approved trainer, my approach draws heavily from cognitive-behavioral techniques to assist clients in recognizing and reshaping negative thought patterns that may hinder their progress. While integrating choice theory, emphasizing personal responsibility and the importance of making informed choices that align with one’s values and needs. Additionally, I leverage Jungian principles to help clients explore their unconscious motivations and symbolic influences, facilitating deeper self-awareness and personal transformation.
