As a graduate of the University of Toledo Master’s in Social Work program, with a specialization in treating mental health disorders, I have spent the last few years working with people striving to overcome addiction, mental health, and traumatic experiences. My work as a therapist is driven by the desire to help individuals become happy, confident advocates to attain their needs within their lives. Utilizing trauma-informed, person-centered, solutions-focused, and cognitive behavioral techniques and interventions, I assist each person I work with by finding a path to healing and recovery that fits their needs, beliefs, passions, and interests. For me, the therapeutic process is about vulnerability, reconnection with self, and developing connection with the environment to successfully achieve one’s goals.
