Ever notice how carrying something uneven ,like a heavy purse, diaper bag, or even a weighted vest that isn’t balanced, makes you feel a little “off”?

Your spine notices too.

When weight is uneven, your body automatically shifts to compensate. One shoulder lifts, one side tightens, and your spine starts adapting to keep you upright. Over time, that constant compensation can lead to muscle tension, joint irritation, and yes… pain in your neck, back, or even headaches.

Weighted vests can be great tools for strength and bone health , but only when they’re worn correctly and evenly distributed.
