DFT was founded in 2012 by Marcus and Jessica Zapata, of Sylvania. We have a comfortable atmosphere with a variety of equipment to cater to all types of gym goers.

Some things are better off simple.

After you join, monthly dues are all you pay.

No outrageous annual fees or maintenance fees. What’s worse than getting dinged nearly $100 on top of your dues and your club does minimal reinvestment, if any at all.

We have committed to annual upgrades without the fee. Ask any of our long term members, they’ve seen it first hand.

We don’t do sales. There is never a right or wrong time to join.

We want to keep the gym comfortable and member satisfaction is more important than packing the gym with as many people as possible. This is why we don’t run ads and have a strict guest policy.

We’ve been dealing with constant repairs to our stair climbers and decided to give up and replace them.

The glutebuilder is arguably the best designed hip drive on the market. A shoulder supported smith machine concept with horizontal movement.

Dumbbells are dumbbells but Umax is a market leader for DB quality.

Another annual reinvestment from the only gym in the area without a maintenance fee!

Shop with a Hero!

Today through Saturday, we’re raising funds for Sylvania Area Family Services, Inc Shop with a Hero program.

A $20 donation will get you an entry to win 6 months of membership. This is open to current members and non-members. There’s no limit on how many entries you can get.

ALL funds raised will go directly to the program and help more kids get the Christmas they deserve.

The funds raised will go in addition to our already pledged contribution.
