Learning how to reframe your thoughts is a key part of cognitive therapy a type of talk therapy that focuses on the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

This is all about learning to recognise unhelpful thought patterns and how to gently reframe them into more balanced perspectives.
