Are you very busy, no time for yourself? Join our program which includes individualized meal plans, behavior modification and reduce stress and anxiety. A healthy lifestyle can be difficult to achieve but not when you have a Registered Dietitian or therapist coaching you on a weekly basis. Seven months old and already exploring the world through taste, texture, smell, and curiosity 🤍

Eli is being gently exposed to so many different foods steak, lamb, fish, eggs, peanut butter, chia seeds, cottage cheese, avocado, and more. thanks to the intention, patience, and beautiful cooking of his mom and dad.

Early, pressure-free exposure to a variety of textures and flavors helps build trust around food. This isn’t about “good eating” or rules , it’s about curiosity, safety, and letting food be something to explore rather than fear.

In my work with feeding challenges and ARFID, I often see how powerful early experiences can be. Watching this little guy learn that food is safe, interesting, and enjoyable is such a gift.

So proud of Eli and so grateful for parents who lead with love at the table. 💚.
