Are you very busy, no time for yourself? Join our program which includes individualized meal plans, behavior modification and reduce stress and anxiety. A healthy lifestyle can be difficult to achieve but not when you have a Registered Dietitian or therapist coaching you on a weekly basis. I’m incredibly grateful for the support I received from Staci and her amazing team at Staci Leavitt Mind and Body Inc. The photos I’m sharing show my progress from 2020 to 2026. They’re never easy to look at but the team there has always supported me emotionally through my weight loss journey.
They focus on both nutrition and the emotional side of wellness. The guidance I received was realistic, supportive, and tailored to my life. During this time I even had a baby (on my own via IUI) which wouldn’t have been possible without their support. The team helped me navigate the changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum while still focusing on long-term wellness.
The practice has a great team that includes dietitians, therapists, and life coaches, all led by Staci Leavitt. I always felt supported and encouraged, never judged, and the experience helped me make lasting lifestyle changes. Over the past 10 years they have become more like family and can always be counted on regardless of what i need.
