Many don’t always realize the impact of programs like the Healthy Hearts Initiative—but today, during Wellness Sunday at the Promise Land Church, we saw it in action.

Healthy Hearts is dedicated to improving heart health in our communities through education, access, and proactive wellness support. From raising awareness about prevention to connecting individuals with resources that can truly make a difference, the mission is simple: help people live longer, healthier lives.

Today was a powerful reminder of why this work matters. We had the opportunity to serve, engage, and uplift our community—because wellness is not just about treatment, it’s about connection, education, and meeting people where they are.

Grateful to Promise Land Church for the invitation and to everyone who showed up, engaged, and poured into the day. Together, we are building stronger, healthier communities—one heart at a time. ❤️
