SYRACUSE SWEAT CLUB is officially a training club!
HYROX Training translates the HYROX race fundamentals into a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to performance fitness tat caters to not just HYROX participants, but any athlete, and empowers coaches to take a holistic view on an athlete’s physical and mental fitness journey.
HYROX is a hybrid, high-intensity workout that combines running and functional fitness movements. HYROX is meant to be trained in group classes which fosters community by creating a supportive yet competitive environment, in which everyone strives- from beginners to expert-level athletes.

Coach Diane’s last day on the permanent schedule is
January 29. But don’t worry - she’ll still be staying on a sub for our CAMP classes, hopping in when we need coverage Make sure to book into her 4:00PM and 6:00PM classes.

We’re nearing the end of January : the first month of the new year and for many of us, the first month setting out to accomplish our new year’s goal(s). Remember that January isn’t a pass or fail moment. It’s not a test of discipline or motivation. It’s just the start - and what you build now should support you for months, not just weeks.

We opened in September 2012 with the dream of offering our community a premium fitness and social experience. We put everything we had into this endeavor, investing heavily in the best possible facility and equipment. We recruited the most experienced and educated coaches in Central New York to join our team. We designed a wide schedule with class offerings at all convenient hours of the day. We believed that if we built it, they would come.
And they came. We grew quickly and strongly, and within one year, our membership was among the largest in the world for CrossFit affiliates. Our gym is an incredibly vibrant, supportive, and diverse community comprised of athletes of all ages, fitness levels, and walks of life. We are far more than a gym, we are a tight-knit pack of friends who train together, socialize, and inspire one another to be better in every way.
There is something for everyone at Syracuse Sweat Club. We offer group CrossFit classes, a variety of specialty programs, personal training, nutrition coaching, and custom programming. Our staff is second to none – we are serious professionals, dedicated to providing our clients with the very best coaching and service.
