Welcome Jason Astafan, FNP-C, to Caring Family Health Nurse Practitioners!

We are proud to announce that Jason Astafan, FNP-C has joined Caring Family Health Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner!

Jason brings over 15 years of nursing experience in Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, and Orthopedics, and most recently served patients at Drakos Urgent Care in Cicero, NY. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and is known for his compassionate, patient-centered approach.

With a strong background in both critical and urgent care, Jason is well-equipped to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to individuals and families. He is especially passionate about preventive medicine, patient education, and empowering people to take charge of their health.

Outside the clinic, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, exploring the outdoors, and continuing to grow his medical knowledge.
