We want to thank every one of you who came out last night in the frigid and blustery weather for our Restorative Yoga with Reiki and Sound Bath. It maybhave been cold outside, but we were cozy and warm in our space, as we were wrapped up in blankets and allowed ourselves to rest and let go.

IT’S SUE & MICHELE'S ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY AT THE CRESCENT COLLECTIVE!

Wild Roots of Yoga moved the heart of our practice to The Crescent Collective in Liverpool one year ago, and we want to celebrate our anniversary with you. On Sunday, September 21, we are planning a unique restorative yoga class. We have invited a special guest, ReBecca Blanch of Om Love Love, to assist in our restorative yoga practice that morning.

This hour of restorative yoga involves holding relaxed poses (blocks, blankets, bolsters encouraged) for longer periods of time. As you settle into your poses, you will experience three different paths to relaxation, including meditation, sound and reiki. Rebecca will guide you through meditations while Sue plays a wide range of sound instruments . Michele will send silent reiki energy to everyone, sharing the specific intention of deeper relaxation. There is absolutely no experience required.

The details:

Date: Sunday, September 21 from 9:30-10:30am.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in. Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and anything else that would make you comfortable. We welcome you to stay afterward to celebrate with a mimosa mocktail.

Cost: $20 Advance registration is required to secure your spot.

As you move through each sequence, allow the rhythm of your breath to guide you, creating a harmonious balance that energizes and revitalizes. Embrace this opportunity to connect with yourself and the community around you, celebrating the unity of mind, body, and spirit. All proceeds will be donated to the Safe Space Organization. They strive to change the conversation around mental health by educating, connecting and supporting others through a peer-to-peer network. Safe Space is a community hub with therapeutic alternatives and prevention methodology that empowers individuals to self manage their mental health by accessing community resources, providing a space and empowering the process of healing. We offer a series of support circles, classes, workshops, community collaborations and advocacy. We are located at 120. E. Washington Street, Syracuse
