If you want life to be lighter, (feeling brighter & higher vibe) then let it recharge you from the inside out. Consider this an invitation to lay down the heavy backpack of “shoulds” and duties that are really not your own. Family expectations, heaviness at work; these are not yours to choreograph.

Instead, access the part of you that does not get dragged down by ego or by fear. Find a place where you can tune-in. It could be in a favorite chair, a cozy corner, or in a special spot (or walk) in nature. You get to decide, and it doesn’t have to take long.

Notice the expansiveness here, and the stillness. Let past concerns and future worries be just that - past and future. Being in this moment is the doorway to connect with your expanded self, and your growth, and your peace…
