Our new series, The Table, is a celebration of gratitude, community, and connection—a reminder that when we create a longer table, more stories are shared, more community is held, and more healing is heard.

Each Sunday, we’ll explore what it means to live from gratitude, to build a spiritual community that welcomes every voice, honors every journey, and reminds us that there’s always room for one more.

Come as you are. Bring your story. Bring your thanks. There’s a seat waiting for you.

Did you know that in addition to helping our physical body with pain management, lung health, and more, SINGING has been proven to help our MENTAL HEALTH, sense of wellbeing, and sense of connection to others. Perhaps you could use a little more connection to self & others these days? Come join us in finding bits of joy & healing together!

Wondering which group is a better fit for you? ACTIVATE: FOR SELF-EMPOWERMENT is a 6-week intensive complete with exercises to practice in between sessions. SING SOUL CIRCLE: FOR COMMUNITY CARE is a 12-week group focused on singing in community. You can join all 12 weeks or drop in as often as you’re able to! All our groups operate on sliding scale with suggested donation rates, and the 12-week groups also have drop-in rates (no one turned away!).

We aim to create space for solace, healing, connection, and FUN through music. We can’t wait to sing with you!

“Let your true colors shine”

TWO rounds of Singing Soulutions for Neurodiverse Minds this fall - the first group starts TONIGHT!

These 12-week groups are sliding scale ($175 suggested, but pay what you can!) and qualify for self-direction funds. The program was designed by a music therapist and uses practices backed by SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH & INDIGENOUS WISDOM to help us regulate our bodies, express ourselves, and have FUN in community!

Any level of singing experience welcome! We can’t wait to sing with you!

We started our season LAST NIGHT with and a wonderful group of participants! New Groups are starting all throughout September; we are so excited to meet you!

FIRST - We are now running TWO sections of our Neurodiverse Minds SingSoul Circle! Now on Wednesdays AND Fridays, this is a wonderful way to meet other neurodiverse folks, let yourself be seen, and make some music! 🎶

SECOND - Q***r Voices is now on Monday evenings & I can’t think of a better way to start the week 🌈🦄
