The art of a soft unraveling.
Wintering is a necessary surrender.
It’s the moon pressing you to hold yourself a little longer.
It’s the choice to stay humble and warm while the world outside grows quiet.
There is a quiet force in this softness. While the frost constricts the earth’s roots, it is only to protect the life stirring beneath the cold soil.
This week, I’m leaning into the elements:
Fire - to remind me of my own creative power.
Earth - to ground and hold me.
Silence - to hear the name rising through the dark.
Give yourself the gift of a long winter night. Spark your creativity, and simply be still.
