I wish I could record my sessions and show you how every woman has the same complaint, this means you are NOT alone!

You’re not imagining it.
You’re not “just getting older.”
And you’re definitely not failing at self-care.

Most of the women I see in their mid to late 40s come in saying things like:

“I can’t find words mid-sentence.”
“I’m so tired by 2 PM I could nap under my desk.”
“I wake up at 3 AM every night like clockwork.”
“My s*x drive is gone and I don’t know why.”
“No matter what I do, the weight isn’t moving.”

These are all real signs that your hormones are shifting — and there are ways to support your body through it.

Try my latest obsession:

Cantaloupe & Prosciutto with Basil and Balsamic:

½ ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and sliced into wedges
4–6 slices prosciutto
Fresh basil leaves (or mint)
Balsamic glaze (or aged balsamic vinegar)

Optional: cracked black pepper

Burrata or mozzarella for my indulgent cheese lovers. Me me!

🥄 Instructions:
Prepare melon: Slice cantaloupe into 8–10 thin wedges.
Gently wrap each wedge with a half or full slice of prosciutto.

Add herbs: Tuck a fresh basil or mint leaf between the melon and prosciutto.

Drizzle and serve: Arrange on a plate or platter. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with a little cracked pepper if desired.

I encourage you upgrade with added burrata or fresh mozzarella on top.

🌿 Why am I obsessed?

No cooking required — perfect for hot summer mornings or quick entertaining.
