Meet Nicole Letizia, coming up on her 1-year anniversary with Touching Hearts at Home Syracuse! Nicole has shown what it truly means to be caring, dedicated, and helpful. 💜 She says the best part of her job is “being part of someone’s story” and helping clients age graciously and with dignity.

One of her most meaningful moments was helping a client transition home after a fall, ensuring she was supported and cared for while her family attended a long-planned event. Nicole’s compassion and reliability made all the difference during that time.

When she’s not providing exceptional care, Nicole loves reading (always open to book suggestions!), volunteering with Meals on Wheels, and spending time with her husband of 11 years, their 4 children, and their full house of pets—including 4 dogs and an axolotl! 🐾
