I don’t know why I do this to myself 😅😮‍💨 but let’s give it another try! 😂😂

How a Massage Therapist solves most problems. If it can’t be solved by a massage, is it really a problem? 😂🫶

😂🤣😂 I really don’t mind! Sometimes we think we just need quiet but it ends up we need to externally process what’s going on in our lives, and I’m the same way. I’m grateful to be trusted enough that my clients vent to me!

This is great! I like this! 😂 not that looking up muscles before your appointment is a bad thing, it sometimes just sends me down the wrong path. I can usually figure out who the culprit is when you explain the sensation and show me range of motion. Educating yourself on muscles is good! I just like looking at pictures 😂😅

I need my cottage cheese or I will pass out, leave me be! 😭😤😑

I wasn’t ready! 😀😅😮‍💨

I thought coffee was my friend….it was not. 😅

Runners are some of my favorite people to work on 🏃‍♀️

Not just because they’re tough, dedicated, and a little bit crazy (in the best way)… but because I get it. As the daughter of two cross-country and track coaches, I spent years running competitively from elementary school through high school. Now I run just for fun—but I still know the aches, tight calves, sore hips, and tired legs that come with the miles.

So when runners get on my table, I’m not just guessing what they need—I’ve been there too. Helping runners feel better, move better, and get back out on the road or trail is one of my favorite parts of what I do. 👟

I wish I was joking. 😂
I always hand out a water at the end of a massage. There’s always debate about “flushing toxins” and all that, but honestly… I just do it because people need water.

We’re living in some kind of weird hydration era where no one seems to drink plain water unless it has powder, caffeine, electrolytes, or something neon in it. Meanwhile your body is over here just asking for… water.

A massage is basically a passive workout for your muscles. If you came in a little dehydrated, your body will definitely appreciate a glass afterward.

I can’t believe we’ve reached a point where I feel like I need a reason to convince adults to drink water. 💧😂

Sorry to say it, but “perfection” isn’t a goal — it’s a delusion. As human beings, we can’t be perfect. 🤷‍♀️

At first that sounds like crushing news. What do we do all this work for then?

Not to become perfect — but to discover who we can become.
To grow stronger.
To become kinder.
To learn, fail, try again, and keep evolving.

Perfection is impossible.
Progress is powerful.

So instead of chasing perfect, chase growth.
Chase courage.
Chase the version of you that keeps showing up and getting better every day. ✨
