🐣 Help Us Fill 10,000 Eggs! Candy Donations Needed 🍬
Blueprint 15 is gearing up for our Annual Easter Egg Hunt, and we need the community’s help to make it magical for the hundreds of families who join us each year.
This year we are preparing 10,000 Easter eggs for an event that will welcome 600+ children and families from across Syracuse. To make that happen, we’re asking for individually wrapped candy donations to help us fill those eggs.
If you’re able to contribute, please drop off candy donations at our office:
📍 Blueprint 15 Office
819 S. Salina St.
Syracuse, NY
Every bag of candy helps bring smiles to our neighborhood children. Local organizations, businesses, and community members are all welcome to participate.
If your organization would also like to volunteer or host a table during the event, we’d love to have you join us!
Let’s come together to make this year’s Easter Egg Hunt the best one yet for our community. 💙

Syracuse Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the Greater Syracuse area and Onondaga County. Founded in 1978, Syracuse Community Health Center (SCHC) serves more than 34,000 patients each year. As a FQHC, we are a non-profit community based health dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care, dental and mental health services to residents of our area, especially to those who might have limited access to health care. We also assist patients in obtaining access to specialty and hospital care services not available at the Center.
FQHC’s are not free clinics but do provide their services to all persons regardless of ability to pay. For patients without insurance, SCHC uses a sliding-fee scale that is based on the patient’s family income and size.
Syracuse Community Health Center (SCHC) operates under a Board of Directors comprised of at least 51% of SCHC patients and functions under the supervision of the Bureau of Primary Health Care.
Within our network of five health care centers and eight school-based sites, we offer the following services:
Primary Care (Adult & Family Medicine)
Pediatrics
OB/GYN
Eye Care
Dental
Podiatry
Behavioral Health (Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services)
