Meet our team !
I’m Jessica Garcia. I’m originally from sunny Florida but made Utah my home when my husband was stationed at Hill Air Force Base. Though the scenery changed, my passion for helping others stayed the same.
I’ve been in the healthcare field for 3 years now, my journey started in a deeply personal way—caring for my grandmother during her final years. That experience opened my eyes to the importance of compassionate, hands-on care which inspired me to pursue my Certified Nursing Assistant certificate through the Utah CNA Training Center.
Since then, I’ve grown so much both personally and professionally. I’ve been a proud part of the Raintree family for the past 2 years and have spent the last year serving as our CNA Coordinator. In this role, I have the privilege of supporting our dedicated CNA team and working closely with residents to ensure they receive the highest standard of care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, and I truly feel like I’m making a difference.
When I’m not at work, you can usually find me gaming, spending time with my pets , or heading out with my husband to discover new restaurants and hiking spots around Utah. We love exploring together and try to take in everything this beautiful state has to offer.
I’m proud to be part of such a caring, professional team here at Raintree, and I’m excited to keep growing and giving back in this field I love.

Meet our team !

My name is Jane Taunton and I am proud to serve as the Executive Director of Raintree Senior Living. I’ve been part of the Raintree family for the past two years, and I can genuinely say that it feels like home. With over eight years of experience in the senior living industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work across several areas of care—including skilled nursing, home health, hospice, and now assisted living. Each step of my journey has shaped my leadership style and deepened my commitment to serving seniors with compassion, respect, and joy.

What makes Raintree so special to me is the strong sense of community and the relationships we build with our residents and their families. I truly love what I do, and it’s an honor to help create a safe, vibrant, and nurturing environment where our residents can thrive. Every day brings new stories, smiles, and shared moments that make this work incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, paddle boarding, listening to live music, and meeting new people. I believe in living life fully—and I try to bring that same energy and enthusiasm into everything we do here at Raintree.
