Reporting to the Manager of Compensation & Classification, you’ll:
🔹 Support job evaluations, salary recommendations, and market analyses
🔹 Help maintain salary structures and ensure internal equity & legal compliance
🔹 Participate in FLSA audits, compensation surveys & HRIS improvements
🔹 Collaborate with HR partners on employee relations and org design
🔹 Assist with onboarding, New Employee Orientation (NEO), and system tracking
✔️ What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field
• Excellent communication, analytical & organizational skills
• Ability to manage sensitive info in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Compensation/classification experience & advanced Excel skills!
