** OUR OFFICE HAS INFORMED AETNA OF OUR INTENT TO TERMINATE OUR PARTICIPATION effective March 31, 2025 due to many unresolved claims issues.

As of today, 12/11/2024, we will not be accepting any new patients and we will see existing patients up until our termination date. We are hoping to come to a mutual agreement, however as of today, we have not had a resolution to our issues. Thank you.
