Dear All,

To celebrate our graduating fellows, I decided to complete a Sprint Triathlon (5K run, 20K bike, 750 meters swim) by June 15. I will post my heart rate, distance, and pictures on social media, tagging our Upstate Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Medicine page on Facebook or Instagram.

Please join me by completing and posting any fun exercises that you may participate in, outdoors or indoors. I plan on donating $300 to the fellow’s fund in honor of this activity. It would be great to make this a tradition once a year as well as a commitment to our fellow’s well-being and education.
