Personalized bodywork to impact the nervous system, muscles, connective tissues, and whole self. I offer integrated massage therapy and reiki in Syracuse. I enjoy mixing a variety of massage and energy techniques to reduce physical and mental tension and promote total wellness for each person. March 2014, completed Usui Reiki levels 1 and 2 training
May 2014, completed B.S. degree in Community Health at SUNY Cortland
November 2014, completed Usui Reiki level 3 and 4 classes to become a Reiki Master/Teacher
December 2015, completed Certificate in Massage and Hydro Therapy at Finger Lakes School of Massage
March 2016, received NYS License in Massage Therapy
2016-2024 continuing massage and health related training, with most continuing education in Shiatsu and Rosen Method modalities

This week marks Every Body Deserves Massage Week. You all deserve massages, but I can only offer one free session at this time. It's simple to let me know you want a 60-minute massage plus an add-on (check my service menu post for what those include) at my office. Just send me a message via facebook or instagram, email connectedbodyworks@gmail.com, send a text or leave a voicemail at 315-439-4212. Tell me your name and the best way to contact you. You can also nominate someone else!
Sharing this post with others is really nice but not required to enter.
Winner will be chosen this Sunday and session must be scheduled within 3 weeks. Winner will be notified in the same manner they enter from the same account (dm, text, etc).

I hope to be able to offer more free sessions in the future, so tell me you're interested now to get contacted then.

By contacting the places in the body where muscle tension meets emotions that the nervous system hasn't gotten through, acceptance can create ease.
This method can be useful for those with chronic tightness or pain that has been treated in other ways but still returns even without clear causes.
